For the muffin batter:
- 1-1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup of Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
For the topping:
- 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp of Flour
- 5 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
